We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your equipment to request a return or an exchange.

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return, the equipment must be in new or slightly used condition.
If the machine has been slightly used for business operations within the 30-day window, it must be returned clean, fully assembled, and free of any physical damage, dents, or missing components.

Because we manufacture heavy industrial equipment, we require a drop-off return method.
You must physically transport and drop off the machine at our official workshop:
Ruiru Kihunguro, Behind Total Petrol Station, Diamond Heights.
Please contact our support team at 0707477539 before dropping off the machine so our engineers are prepared to receive and inspect it.
money_off Restocking Fees
We charge no cost (0 KES) for restocking fees. You will not be penalized for returning a machine.
published_with_changes Refund Processing Time
Once your machine is dropped off at our workshop and inspected by our engineers to confirm its condition, we will initiate your refund. Your funds will be fully processed and returned to your original payment method (M-Pesa or Bank Transfer) within 2 working days.
